i wanted to share something yummy this valentines day–i had made this yummy red velvet cake (following a recepie i found on pinterest through this lovely gal). i must say that this was theee best red velvet cake ive had. it was delish- light and flufy. so her recepie is deff a recomendation to try.

we’ve been having some gorgeous weather here in seattle. everyone has been crawling out of their holes, errhh i mean houses and enjoying every ray of sunshine that we are getting right now. this made me go back to my summer pictures and i found this little critter.
cant wait till summer is here.
i did some research btw about this particular caterpillar and its called Cinnabar Moth Larvae- apparently these are mostly found in Asia and Europe so what one was doing in my moms backyard is beyond me. they are considered to be semi poisonous due to the type of plants they eat. but they do turn into a gorgeous moth afterwards.
